Kyle has already given us one way to stay hidden from Google. You can find that training here:

This method will help reduce our footprint in Google for the purposes of PPC. I am not taking anything away from this training and you can choose to implement this method and never look back. I have used the method myself and it works.
But it doesn't guarantee 100% that Google can't (or won't eventually) find that page and add it to the index, or penalize the page instead. There are other ways to create a sales page all while remaining completely anonymous. One method is entirely free while the others will cost some money.

Interesting but I am confused, please explain: what is your final choice: Hidden lead pages or Leadpages? Could I use the Leadpages way with any other similar Squeeze Page creator.
Is there a training about that?

I've had my doubts about this as well. I'm fairly new to paid traffic, and landing pages and that cool stuff. In fact when I first started I couldn't see myself ever wanting to use them...that's all changed now.
I've tried running traffic to my blog posts, and even though I may not have the best CTA's, I can see this is not the best use of my PPC dollar. I'm not good at design, so I kinda wish a 1,000 word post had the highest conversion rate, but it doesn't. LOL
