Great tutorial - thank you.
My issue is that when I open Outlook and file>account services>account services>new I don't see the initial setup window. The one I get is as the attached screenshot #1. (I also attach screenshots 2-4 to show you the progress(?) to failure.
The other one used to come up in earlier versions of Windows but I am now on Office 365 and this has changed it.
I have been so frustrated with this problem that, having had several sessions with Site Support, I have had to switch from Outlook to Thunderbird, which sets up and works perfectly.
I am so sad not to be able to use Outlook as it has been my first choice for years.
I would appreciate any comments.

Wow Scott,
What a fabulous and super clear training video you have done here.
Can I ask you what did you use to make the video because the quality and voice is super crystal clear.
Brilliant video. One for saving in my favs bar for sharing same as Susie has said. This is awesome.
