I need help from Site Support, but they haven't responded to my question. Site Support: can you give me some much needed help?
hey hi Chuck -- it's the weekend! ...
... if you need assistance with rectifying a website-related issue, then, yes, you will need to initiate a service request by going to the Help Center>>Site Support>>follow & complete the prompts ...
... they're usually very efficient at what they do -- it's important to spell out in exact detail what you need their help for ...
.... remember techies need detailed information ! ..
all the best ... 😊
p.s. your question landed for the WA community to answer ... :)

I have a prospect whom I am trying to get to join WA. I have sent him my referral links, but only one has shown up the way it is supposed to. I test the link by sending it to m

Thank you for the likes.
I sent a link to someone else who had no trouble opening it and seeing the real message. I keep getting my photo that says I'm Premium. I think there is something that I am doing wrong, and it bothers me.
Hey Chuck,
For a quick link to send to your referral, you can use your affiliate links under Program Details. See 1st and 2nd screen prints below...
However, there are FULL details on using your affiliate links on WA, here: How to Use Your WA Affiliate Links SUGGESTION:
When testing to see if an affiliate link works or not you MUST be logged out of WA. Soooo... here's what I do... I use another browser instead.
Example: I use Firefox to log in and work on here, so then when testing affiliate links to make sure they work properly, I use Opera instead.
Hope this helps you.
Make sure you’re following your links after logging out (not just closing the window) from WA. You can do this by clicking on your profile picture and then clicking on Logout or using a different browser that you haven’t logged into WA with.
Hi Phil
I see you helping out others many times. I did as you suggested. However, I couldn't find any logout button to click on. As for the browser, I tried that, but I'm not sure if I did that right.
I've tried incognito with both Firefox and IE. It has to be something I'm doing ( or NOT doing ) that isn't working.
I wouldn't spend anymore time on this if I didn't have a local young man that I want to create an account and maybe take advantage of our Black Friday Special.
Do you have multiple web browsers like Firefox, edge, chrome, etc? If so is there one you haven’t used with WA? Just use that one and it should work.

I am sure programmers can be able to add word count limits to Site Comments as long as it agreed. I support this idea.
Thank you Edgar
That earned you a follow.
Chuck
I deeply appreciate it.
