Let's Discuss Why We Should Create An Email Signature

When you have received an email from a company you know has a logo and it is a reputable company, you are no doubt impressed by their email signature and / or banner at the bottom of their email to you.

Here are some of the reasons you should have an email signature:

  • 1/ It identifies who you are
  • 2/ It's professional
  • 3/ It is also a platform for you to promote your business

So right there we have several reasons to add an email signature.

Now that we know Why We Should Create An Email Signature, let's Create One!

great training thank you... I did try and do this but I do not have this option is that because my email gets forwarded to a different account

It won't work on a Forwarding Account, only on an Email Account setup purely to use here on the Webmail Platform.

But you can also setup your Email Signature in your email that you've forwarded it to.
