Let's Setup An Email Signature In Webmail

Make sure you are now in the Webmail Platform as described on the previous page of this tutorial.

1/ In the top menu, click on Settings

2/ Scroll all the way to the bottom and you'll see Email Signature

Note that this box can process HTML, so you can copy and paste the HTML Code for a WA Banner and any other HTML Code you would like to add to your signature.

3/ Type your usual closing comments in the box that you would normally add to an email.

4/ Now to add a banner,copy the HTML Code you want to use, andpaste it under the closing comments you just typed, in the box provided to the right of the heading Email Signature.

5/ Most important now, scroll back up to the top and on the left hand side under the Sun Menu, click on the Save Settings button.

6/ Now compose an email and send it to your normal email address and check that the signature has come through.
