If you are a Wealthy Affiliate Member and haven't created or have a PayPal Account, its a must you need to create one. All you need to set up an account is an email address and a credit card. So, follow these few short steps to to set it up.
B: Steps to Create a PayPal Account
1. Go to www.paypal.com and CLICK Sign Up Now as shown on the image below.

2. CHECK the PayPal Payment box or if you want to shop online using PayPal CHECK the shop with PayPal box.Make sure to select your country at the bottom righthand corner of the page.
3. ENTER your email, which you will be using to sign up or login and CLICK on Continue to button.
4. ENTER a Password with recommened characters and CLICK Continue to. .
5. FILL-IN the appropriate information about your business or personal details.
CHECK the Accept and Continue Chechbox toward the end and CLICK Accept and Continue button.
