Can anyone share some light on this disturbing notice keeps appearing on my website dashboard?

Hey Paul,
Just contact SiteSupport and ask them to update the PHP for that particular website.
This will be updated to one of the 8.1 versions and typically SiteSupport may change the server that your website is hosted on.
However, none of this will affect you or your website and it is usually completed very quickly.

I told them today it was not urgent so if the server will be updated during the year this is fine. But they told me it will not be updated, only moving to a new server is the option. So I said fine move it. Strange that it must be done in such a way for each site separately. They also said no activity on the site in that period, it may be lost.
But mines was SQL. Not PHP. Just send them a screen shot of what you are seeing and they will get back with ya
Just for info Shakida
If you use Wordpress, most of the background code is PHP. Most (perhaps all) data (system setup parameters, content, etc.) is kept in an enormous database that is based on the SQL protocol.

Yes, I contacted support about this yesterday, they are aware and are working to update the data base

You need to get in touch with site support, and if they believe an update is due, they would assist you.
