Stage 3: The Gold
Finally, stage 3 usually takes place between 8-12th month. Only at this stage, you can start paying yourself.
Who are considered to be in Stage 3?
Sellers who:
- are selling 30-50+ units per day
- have 2-4 products
In this stage, you will focus on building your customer value, customer loyalty and branding.
The 3 main things you will be doing are:
- Product Customization (Sizes, colors, flavors, packaging...)
- Customer Data Collection
- Other Traffic Channels (Google Adwords, press releases, your own website and content, search engine optimization, social media)
Only at stage 3, then you start thinking about these customization stuff. A common mistake many people have is that they focus on these too early when their foundation has not yet set up properly.
Basically in this stage, you start going into the details and also to scale your business to a higher level by utilizing multiple channels.
Recap:
- Stage 1: Developing your position in the Amazon.com sales channel with sales, reviews and rankings.
- Stage 2: Roll out as many products as you can comfortably handle.
- Stage 3: Build your customer value, customer loyalty and branding.

This is a grand idea, Jerry, thanks for sharing!
There are a few trainings on this already, but none quite from that angle...☺
Of course, timing will be of the essence, as you mentioned, a good plan needs to stand about how exactly each step needs to be executed.
A knowledge of how exactly this works from the Amazon point of view.....maybe an example or two of such that are already existing, I must do some research, to know what my costs would be.....
Again, thanks for sharing, if you have any additional tips, especially about how to plan the costs, I'm all ears!☺
Cheers

Hi Jerry.
Thank you for your training. It is nice and easy to follow covering the basic steps. I've almost finished my first eBook and have an idea for a second that should still be relevant to the customer base I hope to build. This training is a great place to come back to when I start to look at selling it. I get a bit worried about coming up with further ideas for eBooks to increase my product base. Silly me has poor self confidence and worries that I have nothing interesting enough to say that people will buy. But I still plan to release the first book to prove myself wrong.
Thanks again
Ange
