Stage 2: The Growth
After you've reach the stage 1 requirement, you can then move on to stage 2.
Who are considered to be in Stage 2?
Sellers who:
- are selling 20-50 sales per day
- have >50 reviews
In this stage, what you will do is to roll out as many products as you can comfortably handle. Your objective is to release new products while not detracting from what you are doing or destroying your cash reserves.
The way to launch the second, the third products and so on is exactly the same as said in stage 1.
Some Tips for Releasing Second Products are:
- Only release products that your existing customer base will buy
- Go after bigger markets
- Use your best customers as your review base for product number two
Other Points for Stage 2:
- Bring customer service in house to someone you trust
- Build a company website
- Build a combined discount check-out for all your products so far
So basically in stage 2, you focus on creating new but relevant products for your audience. At the same time, put more emphasis on your customer service because reviews and feedback are the lifeblood of your Amazon business.
Again, only when you've reached the requirement for stage 2, then you move on to stage 3.
There are a few trainings on this already, but none quite from that angle...☺
Of course, timing will be of the essence, as you mentioned, a good plan needs to stand about how exactly each step needs to be executed.
A knowledge of how exactly this works from the Amazon point of view.....maybe an example or two of such that are already existing, I must do some research, to know what my costs would be.....
Again, thanks for sharing, if you have any additional tips, especially about how to plan the costs, I'm all ears!☺
Cheers

Thank you for your training. It is nice and easy to follow covering the basic steps. I've almost finished my first eBook and have an idea for a second that should still be relevant to the customer base I hope to build. This training is a great place to come back to when I start to look at selling it. I get a bit worried about coming up with further ideas for eBooks to increase my product base. Silly me has poor self confidence and worries that I have nothing interesting enough to say that people will buy. But I still plan to release the first book to prove myself wrong.
Thanks again
