Let's Setup Before We Schedule Posts
Here is a checklist of things to prepare before you start scheduling posts:
TimeZone
1/ From the WP Dashboard scroll down to Settings, hover on it, then click on General.
2/ Scroll down to Timezone, click on the down-arrow and select your current local time zone. Make sure it's the same as your local time so that it can synchronize correctly.
3/ When you are satisfied with your selection, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the blue Save Changes button.
Computer Date And Time
1/ On thebottom right side of your Computer Taskbar, you will normally see a Date and Time, this time also needs to be the same as your local time zone. If it isn't the whole scheduling task will be out of synchronization.
2/ To change the date and time, right-mouse click on the date and time and then click on Adjust Date/Time.
3/ Click on Change Date and Time if they are incorrect and change accordingly.
4/ Click on Change Time Zone if your time is not the same as your local time zone.
REMEMBER: Day light saving plays a tricky role in this whole setup, so make sure you select it if your country observes Daylight Saving.

Fortunately I don't have day light savings in Asia, still this is a great training, short, simple, and swift training ever seen. You have nailed it all.
