How to Make Google Spider Index the Pages on Your Site

To attract Google’s attention, you must deliver the right blogging experience. If your blog isn’t in compliance with Google’s guidelines as regards authority, trust and quality, these tactics will not suffice.

So, you can implement the following strategies to boost your website’s indexation rate:

  1. Utilize Fetch as Google
  2. Utilize incoming and outgoing internal links
  3. Obstruct low-quality posts and pages from Google’s index
  4. Add pages to your sitemap
  5. Share pages on social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  6. Share pages on industry authority sites
  7. Get external backlinks to those pages
  8. Ping your site

1. Utilize Fetch as Google

GSC has a particular feature that enables you to insert a website URL for Google fetching. Once submitted, Google spider will then visit and index your posts or pages.

These are hints on what to do…

  • Sign in to GSC
  • Click the Crawl tab (If on the old version of GSC), then Fetch as Google
  • Copy the website URL you want to index and paste into the search toolbox
  • Hit the Fetch button
  • Click the Request Indexing button once Google has found the URL index-worthy

If the URL is found index-worthy, it gets found in a matter of minutes or hours.

Thanks for leaving a thought, Claudio! Much appreciated, my friend! With the Google Search Console (GSC), you can simply submit your website URL for indexing once you've hit the publish button or at anytime you wish to index any page of your site. Thanks for your contributions!

Thanks for the training Israel. This is the second time you were able to help me out on something. I had no idea you could request indexing. I finished a post the other day and it still hasn't been indexed so I'm going on GSC to request indexing.

Again, many thanks.
