The procedure is exactly the same for amazon products.
Once you become an Amazon Affiliate the you have the site stripe resource at the top of every Amazon page:
here you can select the text link, image code or text and image code as well as post direct to Facebook and Twitter.
Direct posting to Facebook and Twitter will only post the link and you have to write a catchy title.
Once you have selected a product to list for the purpose of listing on Facebook we are just interested in the text link to take would be customers through to the selling page.

Why not create a landing page with a lead magnet to collect emails before sending prospects to amazon or ebay (or any affiliate offer)?
This way, you're not having to post an affiliate link on any social media.
The link you post will only be the squeeze page (email capture page).

That's a good point with the emergence of the market place and the tweaking of the categories its a good place to sell and cut those listing fees out.
that was why I started to link the products to the selling groups its so much easier and I make just as many sales.
