Once you have decided on your domain name here at Wealthy Affiliate, the first thing that you need to do is to go to the SiteRubix tab located at the left of your dashboard.
Once you are at the SiteRubix, go to the SiteDomains tab and click on it.
NB: There is also a feature to transfer your domain name over here at Wealthy Affiliate from a different domain registry like Godaddy, Namecheap, etc.

Hi I don't know what a support ticket is but if you want to purchase a domain name, you need to be a premium member. Or you can get one of those free domain names for now.

Hey there, a support ticket is simply a way of contacting the support team! It's a bit like a written letter in which you explain some problem and then get a reply from the support staff.
You might need to upgrade to a premium account before you can purchase a domain - but you can always register a free one!
Just click on "On a free domain" when asked where you'd like to build your website!
