Once you have downloaded and installed FileZilla on your local machine you will have to configure it using these settings:

1. Open FileZilla

2. Click File => Site Manager

3. Click 'New Site' and add below details:

Host: hp123.hostpapa.com

Port: 21

Protocol: FTP

Encryption: Use only plain FTP

4. Select the Logon Type as 'Account' and Enter the cPanel username and password.

Note: If it asks for the account name, the select the logon type as 'Normal' and then Enter the cPanel username and password.

5. Click Ok and 'Connect'
