This really could not be easier, just take a screen shot like the one I took and inform site support that you are having difficulties in installing, or most likely activating the short pixel plugin.

Make sure the API key and your IP address are visible for the site support to see in the image that you send them. For obvious reasons, I have not shown my API key or my IP address in the screenshot below.

You will be sent your API key via email by short pixel, this is required even for the free version. Site support attended and fixed the issue in 5mins. Be patient, I was perhaps lucky and caught them at a good moment and at a good time.
