When we create/post banners on our website, then unless we do something, the banner will open on the same page.

This is not convenient neither for webmasters/bloggers nor for the website visitors.

In order to make a banner to open in a new window/page/tab, all we have to do is slightly modify the HTML code with a target attribute:
