Amazon banner HTML code is slightly different, so I decided to include it in the tutorial too.

According to Amazon FAQ, we need to include the &lt1=_new.

So, without the target attribute, this is how a typical Amazon banner HTML code would look like:




In order to make the banner to open in a new tab/page/window, this is what we do:


Please note, that this is according to the Amazon FAQ.

Personally, I just made my own banner image with relevant links to send the visitor to an Amazon book I recommend.

On the second page of this training tutorial, I showed you an example with my banner to Amazon books:

So, my Amazon banners are customized and I do it my way, which I find more simple :)
