Be Honest
Don’t hesitate to tell the truth: You must desire to tell the truth if really you want to build trust or make people trust your brand. Of course, you know there are millions of scam sites online frustrating people’s lives, duping a lot of innocent people, as well as making thousands go astray from the legitimate online jobs on a daily basis.
If you make a false statement anywhere, confess it: In as much as you can’t dispute the fact that you’re human, you can’t deny the fact that you do fall into such situations whereby you discover all of a sudden that you’ve told a lie somewhere. What comes next to your mind when this happens? Readiness/willingness to admit it or what? If you must build a trusted brand, you must admit any lie you utter when it occasionally happens.
Be sincere deep down inside: Are you in the habit of disguising to your audience on what you’re expected to say or do at one time or the other? Never continue in that character as this will surely make them lose trust in your brand. They wouldn’t want to keep getting back to you. They won’t love to trust you anymore. You’ll lose a large mass of audience.
Feel your audience’s feelings: When you deeply feel your audience’s feelings, it will surely reflect in all of your write-ups. Readers do appreciate bloggers who meet them at the pain points. They continue to check out the latest posts on such blogs as they know they’ll surely learn.
I have a slightly different take on what I believe you're stating here.
I'm not going to be able to "make" anyone trust me, especially from a website, no matter how well thought out and presented it is.
What I hope to do is "convince" my visitors that I have something worth sharing with them and that satisfying their need is my top priority.
