Assuming you already have several pages and/or posts created in Word Press for your website, log in to Word Press and scroll down to the Settings section on the left-hand side of the page.
1/ Click on Settings, then click on the title Reading
Your page should now look similar to this:
2/ To the right of the heading Front Page Displays, click on the radio button to the left of A Static Page.
Once you've done that, you need to now select an already created page in your website. What's great about this, is that you can choose EITHER a page OR a post!
3/ Click on the down arrow to the right of Front Page and select the page you want to set as your home page, OR, click on the down arrow to the right of Posts Page and select the post you want to set as your home page.
4/ Scroll down to the blue Save Changes button and click on it to save your work and have Word Press process your new selection.
Proceed to the next page to check if your selection is now showing correctly.
