So ...

If you are using third-party ads to monetize your site, it could be a good idea to join multiple advertising networks and partner programs.

Which means that you'll have to display advertising spaces in different sizes ... and most likely in different locations ...

The easiest way to do that is by creating so-called ad groups that will allow you to easily sort your ads into different categories.

Go to AdRotate => Groups and click the "Add New" link. Provide a name for the new group, and choose your preferred display mode. The plugin will allow you to customize how you display the ads included in a specific group, for example, you can display one ad from the group at a time, a block of ads, or you can use the dynamic mode which changes the ad after a few seconds. And once again, a shortcode is provided that will allow you to insert the whole ad group in any post, page or widget area:

And you'll have a bunch of addition customization options: margins, geo-targeting, mobile support.

Next, you'll be able to define the auto display options. In plain English, the plugin will allow you to automatically insert the ads from a given group into your posts, pages, and sidebar widgets (in case that you don't want to use the manual shortcode insertion). You can play around with locations, post categories, position, disabled pages, etc:

And of course, at the bottom of the page, you'll see all your existing ads, so you can add whatever you want into your newly created group.

Finally, click the "Save Group" button.

And of course, if want to have more control on which ads to display on which locations, you can always use the aforementioned manual shortcode insertion.

For example, if you want to display your ads in the sidebar, go to Appearance => Widgets, add the AdRotate widget to your sidebar widget area and simply paste the shortcode for the given ad or ad group:

And that's it!

As you can see, this awesome plugin will allow you to easily insert the third-party code for a bunch of different advertising platforms. Wherever you want ... Without messing around with theme files, headers or footers, etc.

More than that, will allow you to easily manage your ads and to customize your display options according to your needs ... Locations, categories, display modes, groups, ad tracking etc.

Brilliant isn't it?

And that's it my friends!
