So ...

As I said, many popular blogs and news sites are using lazy load to hide comments on their posts. The most common solution: the user needs to click a "Load Comments" button in order to view the existing comments.

Once again, we need a handy plugin. It's a very small (26 KB) plugin called Lazy Load for Comments.

So let's see the usual speed tests ...

Here are my results before installing the plugin ...

... and the result after installing and activating the plugin:

Which means an additional 0.002 second ... Basically, the plugin doesn't exist ...

With that having said, let's see how it works ...

Thank you!
Adding this plugin as well.
WA Site Health is not going to like the total number of my plugins, but who cares?

Does the size of your website make a difference? If it is still fairly small, do images still slow things down that much? At what point is it a good idea to utilize the lazy loads?

Whenever you have poor site speed results ...

See the screenshot for your site speed test using a Washingtom DC server

1.22 s is not bad at all ... Actually is quite good ... However the yellow performance grade means that you could improve it even more
