Upon activation, access the Easy Testimonials Settings page to configure plugin settings. The plugin comes with a LOT of different options, so just review the available settings and adjust them according to your needs:

Next, you'll want to access the Testimonials => Add New Testimonial page in order to add new customer reviews.

Define the title for your new review and simply enter the actual review in the entry field:

Additionally, you can create (select) a given review category and of course, you can upload the customer's photo as a feaured image.

Also, you'll se a testimonial information metabox below the post editor, where you can enter the customer's name, title, job description, email address, etc. And the very essence, you can add the rating (from 1-5) ...

Finally, hit the famous "Publish" button.

And of course, you can add as many customer testimonials as you like.

OK. Now let's see how can you display the newly created testimonials on your website ...
