While some of us prefer to ask questions and contribute through blogs, the Live Chat section is also a great way to get fast responses and feedback in this virtual scenario.
Because of the speed and convenience, it's almost as good (if not better!) than a face-to-face interaction, at least in terms of being able to access so many other members' thoughts ideas and sharing of resources.
And yes, this a great section in which you can share links to WA blogs and training to help others out. As soon as you see that a question has been asked (you will see a notice e.g. "1 Needs Help" pop up on the Live Chat tab) you can jump in and help them. The faster you get in and respond, the more likely you are to get a good response back.
When Live Chat is quiet (which is pretty rare), you can begin a conversation by simply saying hello, introducing yourself, and even a little friendly banter at times goes a long way!
