Tip 3 - Identify Your Existing Audience
Marketing is all about understanding your audience. What are my visitors like? From where are they? What are their current interactions with my blog posts and where do they come from? What questions are they asking?
There are many research options that you can use to answer these questions. Google Analytics can provide you with some amazing insights. You could also conduct a survey. It's easier to reach your audience on social media if you have a clear picture of who they are.
Tip 4: Consider New Audiences!
Once you know your audience, do you think it is the right size? What can you do to expand it? Are you aware of all the potential audiences that your site could reach?
It will be easier to identify growth opportunities if you consider new audiences. It could be, for example, that your audience is small but contains exactly the type of people you desire to see on your website.
The growth question is: Where can I find more people like these? Your returning audience and your target audience might be different. The growth question is: Where do I find my new audience?
