Once you are given the results after selecting the filter you will notice that the majority of the images you had seen prior are no longer available. But let us say you do see an image you would like to use. What you need to do is the following.
CLICK ON IMAGE
Once you click on the image a screen will show up with that image and 7 other thumbnail images (without red lines), see above image. What you do NOT want to do is choose any of the other alternate selections because they are NOT free to use like your selected image. So only choose your image. Now you need to determine how free the image really is.
To find out what kind of license the image has you will need to click on the button that says “visit page”, see above image, and depending on what kind of webpage the image appears on will make it either harder or easier to find the license information.

I recently saw another eBay seller using one of my custom product pictures the other day because she was selling the same product I was. I contacted her and she removed it.
If she didn't I could have legally caused problems for her, especially since the picture she was using had a subtle watermark I placed on it. Though I couldn't actually sue her because this happened on eBay, I could get eBay to remove her listing and place a warning on her seller's account.
Would the owner have any claim on the new version created?
Just being devil's advocate here. Curious to know.
Personally I feel that bigger and more established websites would be the types of websites that would be the ones to complain the most. But that is just only my opinion.
