How to use Email user plugin

Once you have installed and activated the Email User plugin, you are ready for action.

Go to your Wordpress dashboard (yes again, it is your gear) > Email users



You have a choice here to mail individual users or a group.

Hi Fleeky, this is good to know because I have four people as subscribers on my website and I didn't know where they came from! Lol...I even get a notice on my phone when one of them changes their password in WordPress! Hilarious! Jamie

Hey Fleeky,

Does that plugin actually tell you to go to your settings allowing anyone to sign into your WordPress Dashboard as a subscriber?

It is my understanding that we should avoid using that option. See screen print below...

The plugin I use on one site (when not using an autoresponder) is Email Subscribers & Newsletters by icegram and that plugin is a stand alone in that they do NOT require a user to go to your WordPress Dashboard > Settings

Gdpr and cookie laws in europe and uk are tense...
You can not add your users to another databank unless you add new consent

I have allowed it for years now, no.problems.
Just assign yourself a role and have a look

Yes, same here... just know gdpr and cookie laws apply in Europe and UK. If you have previous consent... you should be able to write to your subscribers through your wordpress site (not a mailer, which is different and requires its own )
