The plugin comes with various options that will allow you to customize the positioning of your fixed widgets.
Go to Appearance => Fixed Widget Options to access the plugin configuration page:
The "General options" panel will allow you to set custom margins, to add your own HTML IDs, to disable the fixed widgets on portable devices, etc.
The options found on the "Compatibilty" panel are also very straightforward, but if you have any doubts, simply leave them as they are ... The default settings will work on most sites ...
Finally, a word of advice ... As I said, the sticky sidebar widgets can be used efficiently to showcase important content pieces or site elements, to boost sign ups, to improve the user engagement and to increase the overall user loyalty. But, don't be greedy! Multiple fixed sidebar widgets could easily get annoying and can have an adverse affect too ... It's always better to keep a healthy balance, so you don’t frustrate your visitors.
