You are going to go to Canva.com
You will be given all kinds of choices, you can play around with those later if you want.
For a Facebook ad, you will want to choose "Social Media"
Once you choose the dimensions you will be brought to the work area.

Hi Kenny, I was here a couple of months ago and bookmarked this. I came across it yesterday and thought to share it along with another Facebook tutorial in a blog post yesterday. Most of my network are newer members and saved this for when it's time to use it. Just an FYI, it's 'out' there :)
