So ...

Upon activation, you'll notice a new "CM Tooltip Glossary" menu item in your Wordpress admin menu.

Simply skip the demo message and you'll be taken to a multi-tabbed settings page:

If you select the "General Settings" tab, you'll be able to choose a page to display glossary terms, to set a glossary page URL, to manage the highlighting options for glossary terms, to enable the case sensitive option, etc:

If you don't want to create a "dedicated" glossary page, then you'll have to check the "Generate Page for Glossary Index" checkbox in order to generate a new page for your glossary. By default, the glossary page URL will be "‘yourdomain.com/glossary".

And don't forget: each option has a question mark icon next to it ... You can hover your mouse over those icons to see what each specific option does ...

Once you are happy with your choices, click the "Save Changes" button to store your settings.

Next, you need to select the "Glossary Index Page" tab to configure your glossary display settings:

Next, select the "Glossary Term" tab. It will allow you to manage the link settings for your glossary:

And don't forget to click the "Save Changes" button on each tab!

OK. Now let's see the magic ...

I think this is a fantastic tool! I have been thinking about adding a glossary to one of my sites, but I did it manually a couple years ago on a different site and what a pain that was! And it did not turn out as nice as I had hoped.

So this one DOES allow you to type in your own definitions for terms, say if you are in a niche that is not exactly public knowledge posted on Wikileaks?

I did watch the tutorial before I asked the question but the part where you described that wasn't 100% clear - not for me anyway.

You say we can ask questions, so don't just assume someone was able to get all they needed from how YOU explained things.

Think I will try this on the website I'M doing WA style, once I get a couple dozen posts or so.
