Set Up Facebook Business Page

We have seen the parts of the Facebook Page, let us work through how to set up the page. The first thing is to set up your personal Facebook page. If you don’t have a Facebook Page, you will need to do that first. To set up your Facebook page go to Facebook.com and follow the prompts.

Let me get something clear, the two pages will not interfere with each other. Your Facebook personal profile is separate from your FaceBook business Page. Your friends and family can be conveniently kept off your business profile. It all depends on you.

Let us quickly go through how to set up your Facebook Business Page

The first thing is to Login into your Facebook personal profile. To the topmost part of the right-hand side, you will find the plus icon. Click on this icon to drop down a list of options. It will include post, story, page, group and others.

Click on the page icon, after which you will be prompted to fill the industry where your business belongs to. Do not forget to fill in a short description of your business.

Toggle to the right-hand side and see how your page should appear on both mobile and desktop.

Lastly, you can now click create a page. It is time to fill in the profile and cover pictures, the about us page and all others discussed above.
