How to create your Business Email to Forward to an Existing Email
This method will enable your Business email to be forwarded to whichever of your existing email addresses you choose. You can only use it for paid domains.
This has the advantage that your personal email is not shown in any of your business transactions, thus preserving your personal privacy .
Please note It is not possible to have both a Webmail email and a forwarding email. In order to create your forwarding email you will have to delete your Webmail if you already have one.
Click on the Siterubix icon, and then click on Site Manager, then on Site Email.
Once there, click on "New Email Forward" as shown by the blue arrow.
Enter your name or Admin, as you choose, in the first box, then use the drop-down function to choose which of your domains you wish to create the Email for.
You will also enter the email address to which you want your new Business email forwarded, as shown by the red arrow.
Then click on Create.
Once again I have used a domain which I no longer use to illustrate this.
When Create is clicked, your new Email address will appear, as shown below:
Test your New Business Email!
You can easily test that you new Email address works by sending an email to it.
You will see that although you sent an email to yourname@yourdomain.com, it will appear in the inbox of the email you specified. Magic!!
