On the Virtual Memory screen, uncheck the box next to Automatically manage paging file size for all drives. This will permit you to set a custom size of RAM that Windows is to allocate.
Make sure the the drive which has Windows 10 is selected. It will most likely be C:.
Now you select the custom size for which Windows will be allocated.
Use the information from the section labelled Total paging file size for all drives to make your determination. You will notice just how much is currently being allocated. It is over three times the recommended setting. You will change that to a lower setting so to improve your computer's performance.
