Write and Submit Guest Posts for Pro Bloggers

This is one of the most crucial steps to follow while trying to build an audience for your blog. It ensures to grow your blog audience as a lot of people who read your guest posts on other bloggers’ blogs will click in and follow your blog posts.

Most veteran bloggers regard guest posting as a waste of time or effort, whereas, you need to guest post so you can send more traffic to your own blog. You need to write for those who have much more traffic than you. This is one of the most effective ways to build an audience for your new blog.

Before you may start writing guest posts for other people, you need to submit a proposal first via email and, once you’re accepted as a guest poster, you’ll start writing immediately.

Participate in Twitter Chats

Twitter is one of the most powerful social channels when it comes to authority and SEO, but the way a lot of people use the network is not ideal.

By participating in Twitter chats, the mission of building an audience for your blog will materialize.

Respond to Questions on Forums

Forums are communities where people collaborate, share useful ideas and tips on anything, ask questions and respond to people’s questions.

If you want to build an audience for your blog, responding to people’s questions on forums would be a strategic and working approach.

Most of these forums will allow users to add signatures in their account profiles. Whenever you create forum posts or threads, your signature will appear at the bottom of every post or thread and readers can click away to land on your own blog.

If you respond to their questions with passion, it’s certain that they will follow you back and become great fans on your blog.

Great learning and useful info here. However I have a question, as I am quite new to blogging. I have created most of my blogs here on my profile at Wealthy Affiliate (13 so far) but have created separate blog posts for my website only. Is this the correct method or should I be creating blogs elsewhere. Hope this makes sense and would welcome any guidance here?

Thanks for all this helpful info.
I particularly liked your idea of keeping your friends and family informed of your blog. What better people to be advocates for you then those we know and love.
