Use Live Chat to Create Conversations

Using live chat for email opt-ins can boost your email marketing efforts. Many people assume that chat is just for customer support or sales. But this is not the case. You can also use it for remarketing and incentivizing opt-ins by offering a free coupon after a chat.

You can explore an A/B testing tool that allows you to test different variations of your landing page to see which ones perform better than others.

One way to capture live chat leads is to add an email opt-in checkbox to the pre-chat survey. This way, when the potential visitor starts a conversation with you, they can choose whether or not to opt into your email marketing campaign.

The process is straightforward. Your customers will never know you're using a pre-chat survey to catch their attention.

On A/B testing, I'm trying to understand. I've never seen two optin forms posted at the same time on the same page for the purpose of which one pulls the best. Is this a new way of advertising?

No, they are separate opt-in forms on different pages at different times so that you can see which is more popular rj.
