Now if you can't find what you are looking for using the search bar, the next step is to ask your question. This is where I see a lot of people make the mistake of not including the details that are needed to properly answer in a prompt manner.
Type Your Question
The first part of filling out this is to ask your question in the first box provided. Note that the question must be 60 characters or less. Try to be as specific as possible here, think about what you were looking for in the search bar. What were you looking for that you were not able to find? Aligning your question with your search is the first and most important detail.
Add A Few More Details
This box will allow you to add in all the details about the current situation that you are having trouble with. This is where you want to be very specific as to what is exactly is causing you trouble.
All too often I see for people asking for help and they are so vague about it that I am not even sure as to what they need help with. Sticking with the example that we have been using here, I have seen details along the lines of:
- "I need help with images"
- "I can't get them to look right"
As you can see, details like that do not help us to be able to help you. This box should include exactly what the problem is, a link to your site and or the post in question and exactly what you are trying to do.
Choose A Classroom
The last thing to do before you click the Ask Your Question button is to choose which classroom it should be under. There is a list of 13 different categories available and all you have to do is select whichever one meets your question's criteria.

A Good Example
Let's take a look at how we could ask for help using this example:
Question: How do I wrap text around my images?
Details: I have been trying to get my images placed so that the text wraps around them. However, I keep getting the images skewed off to the side and the text does not go around like I want it to.
My site is http:// your site name .com and if you look at my latest post, Traveling To The Mountains, you can see how the images are not working correctly.
If you could please help me with this I would be greatly appreciative.
