STEP 1:
·Make sure you have a Google+ account set up
·Go to: https://developers.google.com/+/web/badge/
·Log In to your Google+ account
STEP 2:
·Once logged in you’ll see the below Google+ Badge section
STEP 3:
On “Google+ user”, go ahead and pick the user you want to use

Glad you found this tutorial helpful. In regards to having the badge here on your WA profile you can't, but you can link your Google+ to it.
If you haven't done so, you can follow these simple instructions:
- Click on your picture on the top right corner
- Click on "Account Settings"
- On General Settings, insert your G+ url on "Google + Profile"

Hi Brenda, I've added it to all my posts and all the pages that I write information on.
This way, when my posts or pages get indexed and someone reads it, I've seen great results from people easily being able to follow me on Google+.
I've personally found that this adds good UX (User Experience) when people read my content which adds a picture to everything you put out there.

I would recommend you put it on every post and any page you write about yourself like your "About Me" page.
The Google+ badge allows visitors to engage with you directly from the badge itself and allow people to easily find you on Google+ and add you to a circle directly from your website.
