The "Choose Location" drop-down menu will allow you to display your AMA section on posts, pages, and sidebar widgets:
If you want to use a post or a page, simply insert the shortcode into your post/page editor ...
... and after updating your post/page, you can visit your site to see the plugin in action:
Now the widget-based solution it's a bit tricky ... First, you'll have to create a post/page with the "regular" shortcode inside it. Next, you'll have to copy the ID of that post/page ... You can see it in the address bar. In my case, it's 3137 ...
Next, if you select the "Sidebar Widget" option under "Choose Location", the plugin will switch its options and you'll see a field where you can enter the post/page ID:
After adding the post/page ID, simply click into the shortcode entry field and the plugin will automatically generate a new widget shortcode:
And that's it ... Now you can add the new shortcode to a regular sidebar text widget ...
... and here's the live result:
