If you are right in the middle of an issue, or you need an answer rather quickly, you can utilize Live Chat.

I have been through some of the comment thread and have noticed a few members who received no answers to their questions below the lessons.

That doesn't mean they weren't helped, but in order to make sure that you aren't waiting for an answer click on live chat located on your left of you Wealthy Affiliate page.

Once you click on live chat it will bring up the chat box. You will be able to type in your question, hit enter and watch for someone to respond . You will know the response is aimed at you because it will say @YourUserName.

If chat is really active you may have to pay close attention for a response to your question or response.

Your question may even be overlooked, even though it doesn't happen that often, it does happen when their is a lot of activity. You may have to ask your question again.

Another trick is if you asked a question in live chat and decided to leave before getting a response, you will get notified when someone responds.

If there is a green number beside chat, that means that someone in chat needs help. The number shows how many members need help.

If the number is red that is a response to you. If the number is more than one, then you have more than one response.
