Step 2 - Provide your latest URL

You should see a box like shown below:

For example, my latest post was http://mastermyfinance.com/is-online-success-plan-... but since the domain name has been pre-populated for me, I only key in the rest of the URL as shown - "is-online-success-plan-a-scam/".

Click FETCH.

Step 3 - Submit your new URL

It should only take a few seconds to fetch your new URL. Once it's done, you'll see the new URL being added below the box:

Click "Submit to Index". Choose "Crawl only this URL" when the pop-up appears.

Thanks, How about old content e.g a few months back. Do I need fetch them in order to see my ranking. Just set up the Google Search Console. Regards Sadie.

Hi Sadie, if you don't see them in the index you can definitely fetch them again in search console.
You can google site:http://yourwebsite.com to see if your old content are indexed.
