When you click on GeneratePress, a sign-in tag appears asking for your GeneratePress username and password.

After you sign in, you will see the Support Page. Once you are here, you are given the choice to Log in or choose Free Support. If you read the instructions, GP asks you to search to check if your question has been answered.

So, you first should choose the "Free Support" Option and see if your question has already been answered.

Then, if you don't find an answer, choose Log in.
