RECHARGE AND REACH OUT

To break the vicious circle, you need a fresh start. Take some time off.

Recharge!

There's a great deal of chance you've been pushing your limits too much lately.

It's always a good sign when people walk an extra mile to achieve their goals. But we're limited in energy and need to recuperate from time to time.

After a couple of days of recharging you'll probably get back to normal.

Another reason why people lose motivation is the feeling of loneliness.

It often happens in the online world. We start to hang out only with our computers and slowly lose touch with real people.

I always suggest you nourish personal connections and stay in touch with real people.

A good aspect of WA is that it offers a great and supportive community.

Reach out and ask for assistance, support and guidance. I know it may be difficult at times, if you're an introvert even more so.

But you can do it. Ask questions, write about your personal dramas, insecurities, imbalances and listen to what others have to say.

I'm sure you'll get decent support here.

Great Info here, Mudre. I like the "reminder" of what you wrote here today. I see myself in this position often. As I go through the bootcamp lessons and it comes time to write an additional post on something, I cringe at the idea! I have to give myself two or three days before I find the inspiration to write...then away I go..but I get it done; definitely a little slower than others but I get it done. Again, thanks for the inspiration to get-er-done. Cheers!

You get it done and that's all it matters. Speed isn't as important here.
Thank you and good luck building your business.
