Why would you want to bulk schedule your tweets?

Bulk scheduling means that you're able to have your tweets scheduled and ready to go out, weeks in advance. I like to schedule up to 4 weeks ahead but it depends entirely on how many tweets you are going to send out each day.

Bulk scheduling is not free.

The following example are tweets written in Excel and then uploaded in bullk to HootSuite

1. Input dates and times

2. Write messages.

Remember some of them may be the same message with the same links worded slightly differently.

3. Put in the url of your link

In this example I have schedule some my articles that I have written in Street Articles.

4. Remove additional worksheets and save file

Before you save the file ensure that you only have the one worksheet. Excel usually opens with three. Once you have removed the other two save the file as a CSV. file and click yes on the message shown below You have now completed scheduling.

5. Now you are ready to upload your tweets
