After you confirmed your website, your Analytics is ready to track all your changes and traffic on Pinterest.
So, as I said, you can track the activity on your Pinterest profile, the activity of your audience and the activity from your website. At the beginning the values are 0, but as your own and your audience's activity will grow, the values will increase.1. Your Pinterest Profile
Here you can track the activity based on different variables, such as: impressions, saves, clicks and all time saves.
You can choose to see from where your pins come, choosing one or more of All Apps.
And also, you can export your data into an Excel file.
2. People you reach
Here you track your audience, by demographics and interests.
In demographics, it will give you analytics by country, metro, language, and gender. And in interests, boards and brands.
In All audiences, you can choose between all audiences and your followers.
3. Activity from your website
In this section there are the same variables as in 1st section, but with the difference that here it tracks all the pins made from your web page.
People can pin (save) your posts from your website only if you have installed the Save button. You see on the image "Save button", so when you go there you have all the instructions how to install that one and similar widgets on your website.Join the Discussion

So, I have thousands of pins on my personal pinterest page, but they don't have anything to do with my website. Would it be better to create a new page for the website rather than switch my personal page to a business page?
