FICTIONAL EXAMPLE

I got an email at the beginning of today that truly drives home the significance and advantages of composing and sharing. A student, a man who's been composing a wide range of posts on LinkedIn sent a note saying he'd simply gotten enlisted. He'd gotten employed by Apple. What's more, the Apple scout said, "I discovered you through your post on LinkedIn."

This is somebody who-his resume would have quite recently been in an ocean of different resumes, yet the Apple spotter discovered him, loved the way he thought, and tried bringing him into the organization therefore. This happens constantly. When you get into the propensity for composing and sharing, you begin putting skin on the skeleton of your resume.

You begin clarifying your identity and how you think, and it makes individuals need to become more acquainted with you. It opens up entryways and it makes openings. So the sooner you can begin doing it, the better it will be.

Michael,
Very well stated! This is absolutely spot-on. I have found that we often forget the seemingly "given" aspects and need to be reminded of such things.
