You need login current registrar and look under domain dashboard, for the EPP authorization code, for you to prove ownership and be able to transfer your domain. If you cannot fetch you may reach out to registrars doc or support.
Without the code, you are unable to transfer domain name.
Also domain names must have passed the grace period of 60 days.
How do I correct this problem? Automatic backup was not on time because there was no traffic on the site.
Backup was made on: 2021-02-01 21:55:36, but should be on: 2021-02-
Here at WA, you can only use WP cron which is not accurate as it runs when your site has visitor. I had this issue as well. But WA doesn't allow setting a custom cron job on the server because of security issue.
WordPress functions can only occur when an activity happens on your website, such as people visiting your website. When you have more visitors, you won’t see this message.

Do I have to download EWWW Image Optimizer to track plugin usage?
WA don’t recommend the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin, and on their newer servers, you will have the Kraken plugin instead.

How do we add references, citations?
Hey Margaret,
References could be listed at the end of your post under SOURCES.
In my screen printed example below, I have linked the note number to the sources with a Jump Link: Introduction to Jump Linking And... in case you are wondering, I do NOT use live links to my sources. The actual links act as Google juice to those sources, so they do not need to be "live" or clickable.
Visitors can highlight the complete URL and then right-mouse click on that highlighted URL and choose to open link.
Or... you could add a text link within your paragraph. For example, when stating that a study has been conducted on ANYTHING, I link the word "study" to the actual legitimate study.
Hope you find this helpful.
