There are a lot of advantages to using Amazon Native Ads - and Amazon in general. I'm also a Pepperjam Affiliate, and I use their banners in my widgets and such. But their ads tend to have a timeframe - they expire after a month or 3 or 6. If you don't make a note on where you placed that ad, and when it's going to go dark, you end up with a bad-looking broken link in your beautiful post. This always makes your site look very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

But Amazon ads don't do that. They offer up current merchandise at current pricing - and even let the viewer know when a particular item has been price-reduced. So that's a huge benefit.

Some of the advantages of the three types of Native Ads have been discussed, but another big advantage is the responsiveness of the ads to the various devices that viewers are using to access your site. Native Ads will adjust to a SmartPhone, Tablet or Desktop very quickly and easily. You don't have to do anything to make them look good.

If you have other insights into using Amazon ads that I've missed, please let me know and I can update my tutorial.
