Login to your website and from your dashboard, select plugins, and then select "Add New". Enter BestAzon in the search bar.
Click on the "Install Now" button. Once you've installed the plugin, click on the "Activate Plugin" link. Then you need to click on the Settings tab from your dashboard and then select BestAzon.
If you remember, I suggested you write down all the Amazon affiliate ids for the different countries that you just signed up for. At this point, you will enter each affiliate id, in the correct box, and once you are done, save your changes.
We're almost finished! Now we need to test the Amazon product links to make sure they redirect to the correct location.

Hi Shawn, I've come back to this to try and work with the tables for the first time but I'm not having any luck.
Where exactly do you post the inside that table html script example you gave? I've tried several different variations but am only winding up frustrated. Lol.

You would paste the html code that you copy from the amazon link on the amazon site inside the <td style="border: 1px solid black;">paste your code here</td>. You also need to make sure that when you are editing your page, that you are in text mode and not visual mode, otherwise the links won't work. Give this a try and let me know how it goes. If you would prefer, you could send me a private message if you don't have any success and I can try and give you a more detailed example.

Good to talk with a fellow Canadian! I also signed up for amazon.com initially, but then signed up for a number of the other amazon sites after the fact. Thankfully, this BestAzon plugin will determine which site to send the visitor to.

Hey Shawn, after I've installed EasyAzon and put all the affiliate IDs into the settings, do I have to go back and edit the links I've already put in previous/existing blog postings on the site?

I then went back to the site and clicked an affiliate link in one of the posts and it still took me to Amazon.com (I'm in Ontario, Canada).

I tried the amazon links you had from both sites and they went to the amazon.com website instead of going to amazon.ca. Try and save each of those pages again and see if that makes a difference. To be honest, I don't remember if I had to redo my links after installing the plugin.
Let me know if that does anything. If not, I'm afraid you may have to redo the links.

If I replace the links, do I do anything differently? Or just go back to Amazon.com, get the affiliate link and create it new, now that EasyAzon is installed and activated?

You shouldn't have to do anything differently. Just make sure your affiliate link(s) that are imbedded in the html code from amazon match the one(s) in your easyazon settings. You should be good to go.
Just to confirm, you're using EasyAzon rather than BestAzon, right?

Nice job on the training. I'm sure there are a lot of people that will benefit by this, however, people need to understand that with these types of plugins, they have to apply to all of the Amazon affiliate programs worldwide.
If they leave out any countries, the plugin author uses their own affiliate link for that country and will get the commission.
Also, these plugins are not perfect and there may not be a corresponding item in all countries but it will still bring them to the proper Amazon site.
For example, when a member here from the UK clicked on a beer mug on my site, there wasn't a corresponding item or asin number for that item in the UK. It did, however, bring him to a search result page for Tankards,

The only reason I am using it is because it seemed to be the best one at the time that at least had a free option, however, since Shawn's excellent tutorial, I am seriously considering switching it out and going with his recommendation so, Thank you, Shawn!

You told me recently about this plugin. So this must be rather new one. It was not there a few months ago when I was searching for a tool of this type.
So I payed for Easy Azone, pity, though it gives more than this one, but I would rather have a free tool.
