I use this method to keep the content updated on a daily basis. I usually submit at least 3 articles per day to ezinearticles, and when they get approved it is instantly updated in my Squidoo page.

Some articles I have links to a Squidoo page, but most of them link to a email capture squeeze page.

My reasons for doing this are:

-RSS links directly to my own content, not a random Google news feed
-People who want to read my articles will not only find more information, but will click on the links to bring them to more of my content (hopefully)
- My Squidoo Lens' are updated daily with unique content.
