Method 3: Start Getting in Touch with Your Prospects
When you've been able to gather a good number of prospective sites, the subsequent stage is to begin connecting with them and find out if they would be interested in having your guest posts featured on their sites. There are a couple of strategies you can implement to induce significant bloggers to feature your posts.
The least demanding tactic is to make an email pitch you’ll send to your prospects.
Here are a couple of things to bear in mind when you're reaching out to your prospects:
Sound like a real human. It's hard to get a reply if you sound like a robot. Be creative and genuine so it doesn't look like spam.
Plainly state the topic of your blog and the nature of the content you produce. You have to make your prospect mindful of the worth you give out. If they know nothing about your site, it's presumably they may not be willing to accept your proposal to write guest posts for them.
Ensure they are not one of your rivals. While it's a smart thought to look out for sites whose niches are related to yours, they shouldn't be offering identical products or services as you.
It's necessary to take note of the fact that not all guest posters are allowed for free. A few sites may require a charge. However, if you are seriously in need of quality links, this charge might be worth it.
This is a strategy I haven’t made use of to date but am anxious to try.
Great training!
