Tip #4 - Make it About Your Audience
To make your content effective, you must produce content for the right audience, which requires you to know your audience as much as you know your brand. And one way of achieving this is by researching, conducting surveys, and collecting feedback from them.
From your findings, you should be able to identify their pain points, needs, tastes, and language. With these, you will know what kind of content to produce for them, and the language to communicate in.
Do not make your content all about your brand; you can promote your brand with a landing page. However, let your content address the problems they're going through, using their language.
Tip #5 - Partner with Influencers
Influencers are people who have a large number of fans or followers on their networks. They can have anything from hundreds of thousands to hundreds of millions of followers on social media.
Influencers are music artists, actors, sportspeople, or successful business people.
Influencers have the ability to give traction to your content if they are posted on their networks. You are likely to receive high engagement and click-through rates from posting to their networks.
You can partner with influencers to help drive your content further, and encourage their followers to share your content.
Tip #6 - Use Attractive Headlines
As a content creator, you've only got 3 seconds to capture readers' attention. And the best way to do that is using catchy and compelling headlines and topics.
One major trick for crafting headlines is to disclose the benefit of reading your post. Let's say you intend to educate your readers on the best way to wash dishes. State this benefit clearly in the headline, so the readers know upfront what they will benefit.
There are guidelines to follow in crafting headlines, but this is beyond the scope of this tutorial.
